Leverage & Grow ("Leverage & Grow," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you access our platform, subscribe to a plan, purchase a service, apply to become a Power Partner, or interact with any feature or tool within the Leverage & Grow ecosystem.

Leverage & Grow provides its platform and services through authorized Power Partners — independent professionals who promote and distribute access to the Leverage & Grow platform within their own networks. When you access Leverage & Grow products or services through a Power Partner's website or referral link, this Privacy Policy governs how your data is handled within the Leverage & Grow platform infrastructure.

By accessing our platform or purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you:

Access Leverage & Grow pages through a Power Partner's website or referral link

Purchase a service or digital product offered through our platform

Apply to become a Power Partner

Complete an onboarding form or intake questionnaire

Book a strategy session or discovery call through a Power Partner's calendar

Opt in to receive a lead magnet, checklist, or digital resource

Create a platform account or log in to the member portal

Information collected may include: full name, email address, phone number, business name and professional role, mailing address (if applicable), and any information submitted through forms, surveys, or intake fields connected to our platform.

1.2 Payment and Billing Information

All payments for Leverage & Grow subscriptions, services, and Power Partner onboarding are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Our payment processor collects and handles all billing data in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards and their own privacy policy.

Subscription plans available through our platform include:

Launch Plan: $49/month — includes smart funnels, forms, calendars, email and SMS automation, social media planner, workflow automations, mobile app, documents and contracts, memberships, communities, invoicing, and team access

Authority Plan: $97/month — includes all Launch Plan features plus affiliate manager, unlimited users and contacts, Voice AI Website Agent, Voice AI Receptionist, and AI Web Chat Agent

Power Partner Onboarding: $1,997 one-time fee, then $97/month — includes full platform setup, CRM and pipeline infrastructure, funnel and website build-out, lead capture systems, automated follow-up sequences, offer positioning support, and access to the Power Partner revenue model

Leverage & Grow is the merchant of record for all transactions processed through our platform. Power Partners earn commissions on referred sales but are not party to the payment transaction between you and Leverage & Grow.

1.3 Account and Platform Data

When you create an account or access the platform, we collect and maintain:

Account activity, login history, and session information

Content, assets, and configurations you create or upload within the platform

Funnel and website activity, form submissions, and pipeline data

Subscription status, billing history, and plan tier

Referral tracking data connected to your Power Partner's unique link

1.4 AI-Powered Feature Data

Certain subscription tiers include AI-powered tools that may collect and process interaction data:

Voice AI Website Agent: processes voice queries submitted through the website; interactions may be logged to improve response accuracy

Voice AI Receptionist: may record or transcribe inbound calls routed through the platform; call logs may be retained for quality and training purposes

AI Web Chat Agent: logs chat conversations initiated through the website widget; conversation data may be retained and used to improve AI performance

If you interact with any AI-powered feature on a page powered by Leverage & Grow, your interaction data may be stored. You may request deletion of AI interaction data by contacting us at the address in Section 9.

1.5 SMS Communication Data

Our platform includes SMS automation capabilities. If you provide your phone number through a form, booking, or opt-in connected to the Leverage & Grow platform and consent to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages related to your account, bookings, follow-ups, and promotional offers from the platform or the Power Partner whose link you used to access our services.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

1.6 Power Partner Application and Performance Data

If you apply to become a Power Partner, we collect your application information including professional background, business details, and intended use of the platform. If accepted, we track your referral activity, subscriber conversions, commission earnings, and platform usage. This data is used to calculate and process commission payouts and to evaluate program performance.

1.7 Automatically Collected Data

When you visit pages powered by the Leverage & Grow platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

IP address and approximate geographic location

Browser type, version, and device information

Pages visited, time on page, and navigation behavior

Referring URLs, including Power Partner referral links

Form interaction and funnel activity

2. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Power Partners

If you access Leverage & Grow through a Power Partner's referral link or website, certain data — including your name, email address, subscription status, and referral activity — may be visible to that Power Partner within their platform dashboard. This is necessary for commission tracking, client relationship management, and service delivery. Power Partners are independently responsible for their own data practices with respect to their client relationships.

3.2 Payment Processors

Billing and payment data is handled exclusively by our third-party payment processor. We share only the transaction information necessary to complete your purchase. Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and applicable financial compliance standards. We do not receive or store full payment card details.

3.3 Platform Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to support our platform operations, including:

Platform updates and feature announcements

Marketing communications from Leverage & Grow or the Power Partner you signed up through

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your account or active subscription are not subject to opt-out as they are required to deliver your service.

5.2 SMS

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications through any platform form, you agree to receive automated text messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide services, process commissions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you cancel your subscription or your Power Partner status is terminated, we may retain certain account and transaction records for a period of time as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and financial recordkeeping.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the information in Section 9. Deletion requests will be processed subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

Leverage & Grow is not responsible for the independent data practices of its Power Partners with respect to their own client relationships, services, or websites outside the Leverage & Grow platform.

When you access Leverage & Grow through a Power Partner link, the Power Partner may independently maintain their own client relationship with you. Any data collected by the Power Partner outside of the Leverage & Grow platform infrastructure is subject to that Power Partner's own privacy policy.

11. Children's Privacy

Our platform and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information through our platform, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.
